Project Analyst
Born Lubin, Poland, 1982. Double degree in Law & Business Administration, Wroclaw University of Technology. Joined Kancelarie Frankowe Katowice in Warsaw in 2004, building extensive international contacts over twenty years before joining Fenom Capital.

Project Manager
Born Birmensdorf, 1980. Economist, Universität Zürich. Ph.D in Economics, Business Administration & Banking. Career at KIBAG Management AG and Alva Tax & Finance AG. Leads a senior investment team at Fenom Capital since 2020.
Giulia Conte
Real Estate Developer
Born Verona, 1991. Philosophy, Università di Bologna. First contact with luxury real estate at Toscana Immobiliare in 2013, followed by experience in Dubai, Singapore and Hong Kong. Leads the Real Estate Department at Fenom Capital since 2021.

How much capital can Fenom Capital provide? +
Fenom Capital does not provide capital directly. We identify the most suitable investor for each project. If a project receives a strong evaluation, there is effectively no fixed limit — we match it with the investor best suited to the scale and nature of the opportunity.
Who are your clients and which sectors do you serve? +
All client relationships are protected under NDA from the outset. While we work across virtually every sector, our investor network particularly favours technology, sustainable and clean energy companies. We are confident in our ability to source capital for serious projects across all industries.
In which regions do you advise on real estate? +
We follow our clients' objectives. We cover high-liquidity markets such as the UAE, Miami and Europe, as well as high-yield growth markets including Australia, Canada, Malaysia and Singapore — always seeking the most appropriate geography for each client's profile.
Where should a new investor hold digital assets? +
Reputable online platforms offer a solid starting point, but we consistently recommend cold storage — a hardware wallet held securely offline. Maintaining exclusive control of your security credentials represents the most secure position available today.
Under which legal framework do you operate? +
As a Swiss company, we are fully subject to Swiss law. Agreements are typically governed by English law, given its long tradition in international trade — though alternative jurisdictions can be agreed upon by the contracting parties.
